It’s very important for you to know how your business is doing by taking the time to OBSERVE… – not just by watching your checkbook, but also by watching the environment around you. What are your competitors doing? Has their business grown at the same rate as yours or has it accelerated past yours, without you noticing? Maybe you noticed, but just did not know what they may have done to accelerate their business! Have you taken any of the Institute courses on building your business?
Observation of your current business position and your competitors might reveal the need for a business/image makeover – possibly the redesign of your systems or advertising campaign.
You should observe your business, systems and goals at a minimum - every quarter to make sure it is running smoothly, effectively and to make sure you are meeting or exceeding your goals.
When was the last time you really observed your business and what was going on in your business?
I have attached some questions for you – Are you running your business as a business?
